Shipping policy

All our items are handmade and produced individually once an order is placed.

Because each piece is crafted specifically for your order, production and shipping times vary and can take up to 12 weeks from the date of purchase before your item is shipped. We ship orders with DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address and the size of your order.

For international orders outside the EU, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless stated otherwise at checkout. If your order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at tochter.eu@gmx.de so we can resolve the issue for you.
